Dear Parents,

It gives me immense pleasure to introduce myself to you as the Principal of Gaurs International School, Siddharth Vihar.

As I take over this responsibility, I do so with a deep sense of gratitude, excitement and purpose. A school is far more than its buildings, classrooms and report cards—it is a living community of children, teachers and parents, and I am truly looking forward to becoming a part of yours.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across the K–12 spectrum, with a particular focus on academic excellence, curriculum, teacher development and CBSE Board preparedness. My experience as a PGT, academic leader and school Principal has given me the opportunity to work closely with learners across age groups and to understand what it takes to build strong academic foundations as well as prepare students confidently for the senior years and Board examinations.

But if there is one thing I value most in leadership, it is collaboration.

I believe the best schools are not built by one person. They are built when the Principal, teachers and parents listen to one another, challenge one another constructively and remain united by one question: What is best for our children?

My leadership will therefore be rooted in being accessible, listening with an open mind, empowering our teachers and working in genuine partnership with parents. I believe in setting high expectations while creating an environment where people feel trusted, supported and heard. And above all, I believe that academic excellence and being a good human being must always go hand in hand.

I am especially happy that my journey with the Gaurs International School community begins on such an auspicious occasion.

Wishing you and your families a very Happy Ganesh Chaturthi. May Lord Ganesha bless our children with wisdom, curiosity and courage, and may He remove every obstacle that comes their way.

And as we celebrate new beginnings, I am delighted to share one more!

Our skating rink opens today. We are proud to have created what is the largest skating rink in the vicinity, giving our students a wonderful new space to develop fitness, discipline, balance, perseverance and confidence. We have also appointed a dedicated skating coach, and skating classes will commence shortly.

I look forward to seeing our children take to the rink—with enthusiasm, determination and perhaps a few delightful tumbles along the way!

There is much to look forward to, and I am excited about the journey ahead.

I hope to meet many more of you in the days to come, hear your aspirations for your children and build a relationship based on trust, openness and a shared belief in the possibilities that lie ahead for every child.
