National Mango Day

22 July is celebrated as National Mango Day every year. It is a special day dedicated to celebrating this delicious and juicy fruit. It is grown in warm, tropical places around the world. It comes in different colors like green, yellow, and even red.

When we bite into a ripe mango, we discover a sweet and tangy flavor that's sure to make our taste buds dance with joy. They are packed with vitamins and minerals that help keep us healthy.

They are a great source of Vitamin C, which help us fight off germs and stay strong. They have lots of fiber too, which is like a broom for our tummies, helping us have a happy and healthy tummy.

So, we made sure that we share all these benefits with our tiny Gaurians and motivate them to enjoy munching on mango slices, sipping mango smoothies, or even using mango to make yummy desserts along with the family at home.

Our Little Gaurians came dressed up in yellow attires and brought their favourite fruits to celebrate this special day. They all had a wonderful time and learnt about the importance of having fruits in their daily life.
